At the end of 2000, a controversial foreign leader visited the United Kingdom. Among other things, the alien politician in question held negotiations with the British Prime Minister Tony Blair. Moreover, they got on friendly terms to the extent that the Briton asked the questionable guest to bless his 6-month-old baby son.

On November 25, 2000, a governmental newspaper “Егемен Қазақстан” (The Independent Kazakhstan) proudly informed its audience that Mr. Blair asked the Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev to bless his baby son Leo. The official media outlet boasted that even the leader of such an influential country, as UK, respects Mr. Nazarbayev. They mentioned a high-profile anecdote about the great Kazakh geologist Kanysh Satpayev, whose stature impressed Sir Winston Churchill: “Are all Kazakhs as tall as yourself?” The visiting scientist replied modestly: “My nation is taller than me“. This front-page article by Suleimen Mamet was accompanied with a poetical eulogy “Менің ұлы дәстүрім” (My Great Tradition) by Shakhizada Abdikarimov — a member of the Kazakhstan’s Union of Journalists. Mr. Abdikarimov passionately glorifies the Kazakh leader, whose authority has been recognized even by the formidable Downing Street. Then, the politicized poet goes on wondering, how Albion learned about a Kazakh tradition of blessing one’s child by a respected person?
Well, babies apart. Let’s get down to business. Soon, Mr. Blair got blood of Afghan and Iraqi children on his hands. Mr. Nazarbayev followed the suit in 2011, killing dozens of peaceful protesters in the Zhanaozen massacre. The two cronies have continued their corrupted projects. Mr. Blair provided legal support for Mr. Nazarbayev in his fight against corruption charges. That is why, the former Kazakh dictator paid lavishly the supposed British war criminal. Nowadays, the two associates enjoy luxurious lifestyle beyond the reach of justice. The ex-Communist boss Nursultan Nazarbayev and the former Labour chief Tony Blair have found their way in the jungles of market economy.
