There are several global websites, which are essential to our day-to-day Internet activities. You can’t discard them as a local grocery store you dislike. That is why, their support service should meet high standards in order to satisfy various requirements of diverse clients. However, as a matter of fact, these websites of international importance usually offer mediocre support for their users.
For example, I received a Facebook scam letter on March 28, 2026, which tried to deceive me with the ostensible inheritance from Turkey. Surprisingly, they wrote this fraudulent message in Kazakh language, which reveals their quite elaborate and educated background. It seems that Nigerian scammers have been relocated to Turkey. Of course, I filed a complaint against this fraudulent activity, but the Facebook support service have declined my demand to punish the wrongdoers. To tell the truth, sometimes even the bot-ridden and Hindu-led support service of Facebook have satisfied my demands. However, these few positive examples have been an exception to prove a rule. Thus, more often than not, Facebook have been an accomplice of shady characters.
Slightly different situation presents a reply from the support service of Wayback Machine, which archives webpages and digital files. On April 12, 2026 I expressed my concerns about their slow uploading speed, which also doesn’t resume interrupted uploads. This is especially annoying, when you try to add large files to the giant collection of more than 1 trillion archived webpages. Well, instead of addressing my issue, they have put forward a silly suggestion that I should try again. Once again, it is clear that such websites of the global scope must be put under international control. These important social networks and archiving sites must not be run by some private groups.
Mediocre quality of Facebook and Instagram also manifests itself in their paranoid mail policy. Quite often, my legitimate messages to other users end up in their spam folders and vice versa. Although these social networks generate enormous profits, their greedy uncontrollable owners pay little attention to quality control.
