It is an open secret that leaders of powerful nations, like USA, China or France, have been difficult to approach. Ordinary people have had almost a zero chance of meeting these VIPs without authorization by their bodyguards and /or aides. Such strict security measures may produce an illusion of sincere efforts to protect these dignitaries from slightest possibilities of life-threatening or compromising encounters. Well, under special circumstances ostensibly discreet kings and presidents willingly mingle with questionable characters.
French president Emmanuel Macron visited Kazakhstan on November 1, 2023. Among other things, Mr. Macron delivered a speech at the Maqsut Narikbayev University in Astana. Well, there are numerous Kazakh educational or cultural entities, which are noteworthy even for high-ranking persons. However, fastidious greedy French guests irrationally chose to visit this particular university, which was named after the corrupted judge, who had also killed a human being in the road accident in the early 1970s. Even, the Russian Wikipedia mentions the manslaughter committed by the late Maqsut Narikbayev. His son, Talgat Narikbayev, currently manages the educational institution. It is OFFICIALLY recognized that Mr. Narikbayev Jr. is a graduate of the Russian Espionage Academy. Of course, background check, conducted by the fastidious greedy French, had revealed the compromising facts. But, the fastidious greedy French finally succumbed to lavish gifts of their lethal espionage hosts.
In the same year of 2023, telltale photos of the former US president George Bush, served by a Russian criminal-turned-waiter Evgeny Prigozhin in 2006, made an international sensation. Of course, almost the omniscient Secret Service, National Security Agency, and/or CIA knew beforehand that Mr. Prigozhin had been a convicted felon, who at the time of the photo session was involved in lucrative corruption schemes. But, frankly speaking, the overseas pirates have traditionally prefer to associate themselves with their Russian lawless counterparts rather than, say, innocent librarians or harmless museum curators.
